Following the missions, Sivan stated, in January next, ISRO would dispatch the Chandrayaan-II mission (lunar lander) which will be the main operational mission of the GSLV-Mk III-vehicle. Tending to journalists after the effective dispatch of the second formative flight GSLV-MkIII-D2 conveying correspondence satellite GSAT-29, he stated, "we need to accomplish 10 missions before January."
